To guide and measure their work, our staff conducts quality inspections and audits of each property. They are responsive to individual site requirements.

Crews are able to contact managers with questions or issues at any time.

An area supervisor of Energetic Cleaning Services (ECS) conduct regular site inspections

Communication books can be provided by Energetic Cleaning Services (ECS) if required.

A staff member of Energetic Cleaning Services (ECS) will be available on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

All staff on site will have completed any necessary inductions required.
